Records Retention Program at your bank?

Does anyone have a Records Retention Program in place at their bank?  If so, can you share how you organized it and what you do to maintain the information. I don’t have an option of outsourcing this so I have to build a program that can be administered in-house. If you have any electronic examples (Word docs, Excel spreadsheets), please feel free to send them along.
